Participant Agreement Plus Terms And Conditions For Our Motocross Tryout Experience Days.

Participation Confirmation

By making a booking you confirm and agree with our participant agreement and terms and conditions outlined below.

You agree that you are taking part in a Motocross Experience Day hosted by Motocross Tryout Days, during which you will be riding motocross bikes provided by Motocross Tryout Days in a controlled environment. You fully understand that motocross activities carry inherent risks, and by participating at our events, you are voluntarily accepting the possibility of injury, or worse including property damage.

Event Intent And Behavior Expectations

The Motocross Experience Day is designed to offer riders the opportunity to:

  • Develop their confidence and handling skills
  • Gain familiarity with motorcycle performance in a safe setting

It is not a racing event, and any form of competitive behavior is not allowed. All riding must be conducted in a responsible and respectful manner.

Insurance And Liability Limitations

You understand that:

  • Any insurance held by Motocross Tryout Days offers limited protection. We hold $20 million liability insurance.

Role Of Motocross Tryout Days

Motocross Tryout Days is a motocross riding school and provides structured off-road motocross training and bike hire. Staff will be on site to oversee operations, uphold safety procedures, and support participants where needed. However, Motocross Tryout Days is not accountable for the actions, decisions, or competence of individual participants.

Rider Responsibility And Parental Supervision Requirement For Riders Under The Age Of 18.

As a participant, You are responsible for following all safety instructions and event rules as issued by Motocross Tryout Days and its team.

Parental supervision requirement for riders under the age of 18.
For the safety and well-being of all participants, any child under the age of 18 attending the Motocross Tryout Days must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years and over throughout the entire event. Additionally, in case of emergencies or important decisions, having a responsible adult available is crucial.

Motorcycle Use And Access

All motocross bikes must be ridden with care and respect.

  • If any misuse is identified by staff, the motorcycle may be removed from use and no refund will be issued.

Damage & Financial Responsibility

Participants agree to the following:

  • You are financially liable for accidental damage to Motocross Tryout Days motocross bikes and equipment.
  • Intentional or negligent actions leading to damage, such as reckless riding are not covered. In such cases, you will be liable for the full cost of repair.

Event Cancellations And Participant Conduct

We do not like to cancel our days due to the weather, but in some cases, our tracks are unable to cope with adverse weather which can make riding and your off-road experience unsafe.

  • If we decide the weather/track conditions are inappropriate to run our Motocross Tryout Day, we will postpone the day and notify all that have booked on.
  • You can then rebook your day using the non-refundable voucher code we send you, which can be used on any of the other dates we have available for the following 12 months.

Participant Conduct

Motocross Tryout Days reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

Refund Policy For Participant Cancellations, Rescheduling, Gift Vouchers & Voucher Codes

You may reschedule your booking up to 30 days prior to the date booked.

  • You can do this manually yourself via the Appointo system that we use.
  • Bookings cannot be rescheduled less than 30 days prior to the date booked.
  • Our Experience Day prices include a non-refundable $10.00 per bike booked, booking fee.

Cancellations within 30 days of the event

  • No refund or credit will be offered.

Failing to show up for your booking

  • This will be treated as a completed booking and is non-refundable.

Event Postponement

  • We may have to postpone an event due to the weather.
  • If we decide the weather conditions are inappropriate to run our Motocross Tryout Day, we will postpone the day and notify all that have booked on.
  • You can then rebook your day using the voucher code we send you which can be used on any of the other dates we have available for the following 12 months.

Gift Vouchers And Voucher Codes

  • Gift vouchers and voucher codes must be redeemed via our website in order to secure a spot at one of our try out days.
  • Gift vouchers and voucher codes are nonrefundable and cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Gift vouchers and voucher codes are treated as cash, therefore we will not be able to replace/refund if the code is lost or stolen.
  • Gift vouchers and voucher codes expire after 12 months from the date of purchase or date of issue and the balance of the voucher cannot be redeemed once expired.
  • No change or refunds will be given if you don't use the full amount of your purchase.
  • When you purchase a Gift Voucher, you will receive an email containing your Gift Voucher code. Please keep the email and code safe. If lost or stolen we will not be able to replace or refund.

Substance Use Policy

You agree that you will not attend our event while under the influence of alcohol or any controlled substances.
